Where do we ship our products?
We exclusively provide our products to customers located in the United States. This allows us to offer free shipping on every order, large or small. A great nation needs great socks and underwear!
When do we ship our products?
We mail every order on the same or following day that an order is placed. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We work hard to ship all orders within 48 hours in an effort to do just that.
Where are the trees planted?
Although we opened our doors on March 24th, 2020; we have already planted trees in California, Oregon, Florida and Australia. We proudly announce where your contribution(s) will be planted on our facebook page.
Do you offer coupon codes?
The answer is yes! We frequently offer promotional codes on our social media pages. We also announce new products, sales and giveaways on our Facebook page as well as our Instagram account. Scroll to the bottom of this page to find links to both.
Who makes the packaging?
Does Saye Socks accept returns?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However; if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, contact us. We know that you can choose to buy your socks and underwear anywhere. It means the world to us that you care enough about yourself and our environment to try our products. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
